CIA-Part 2 (Institute of Internal Auditors)

CIA Part 2 of the exam, known as “Practice of Internal Auditing,” assesses a candidate’s knowledge and skills in planning, performing, and communicating internal audit engagements. It focuses on applying the IIA’s Global Internal Audit Standards, specifically the Performance Standards (series 2000, 2200, 2300, 2400, 2500, and 2600) and current internal audit practices. The exam includes four domains: managing the internal audit activity, planning the engagement, performing the engagement, and communicating engagement results and monitoring progress.
